DunAn Microstaq, Inc.      Administrative Assistant       2014-Current

Manage daily operations and facility needs for a 11,000 sq ft. Engineering & Manufacturing Company located in Austin, TX. Provide administrative, logistic and accounting support for a staff of twenty. Work collaboratively with all departments including, Operations & Manufacturing, Engineering and Sales. Positively represent our brand, conversing with customers, vendors, partners and other VIPs in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

Logistics & Purchasing:

  • Managing company-wide purchasing. Issuing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors on quotes, delivery and invoice
  • Responsible for all incoming/outgoing, domestic/international shipping and receiving

Accounting:

  • Process company-wide AP and AR
  • Managing company credit card use and ensure all purchasing is met company’s purchasing procedures

Administration:

  • Maintain office calendars to include vendor visits, job candidate interview, social events, internal meeting schedules, key payment dates and key company deadlines

  • Leveraged the established “Transforming Daily Life” branding theme to Koch company wide recruiting campaign. Exceeded the recruiting goal by rebranding Koch College Recruiting “Get a new perspective” campaign
  • Agency front line builder establishing: Koch Creative Group credential, roles, responsibilities and expectations, creative development process as well as agency and client education regarding new capabilities, processes/procedures, etc.
  • Pitched and won INVISTA worldwide recruiting campaign. Key coordinator between U.S., Hong Kong, Geneva and Shanghai

  • Gained extensive experience in regional project management, coordination and project implementation. Brand management across regional headquarters in Hong Kong (Intel) and Greater China (Nescafe)
  • Rejuvenated and successfully repositioned Nescafe “Great Coffee Great Moment” campaign by proposing communication strategies for all SKU with integrated 360 campaigns including 30 seconds TV commercials, print ads/packaging/merchandising, photo shoot, interactive and other collaterals. Responsible for FarEaston Telecom (AT&T). Managed and led a team of two Account Executives:

  • Introduced the 3G era and let FarEaston Telecom be the first 3G provider in the nation
  • Developed communication strategies and launched all products/services rate plans with cell phone bundles, value added services (APPs) integrated campaigns. Tasks included TV commercials, print ad shooting and other marketing collaterals
